Body Cleanse: Is it Necessary?
Many people nowadays are far more conscious of their health compared to those who lived years ago. Your body has a natural way of detoxifying itself. However, because of a lifestyle that makes your body stressful, the toxic chemicals we ingest and the increase of chronic degenerative diseases, our body simply needs a helping hand to survive now and then.
