1 apple, large

2 grapefruits – large sized
300 ml distilled water
2 tablespoons Udo’s Choice
1 to 2 fresh garlic cloves
2 in fresh root ginger
4 lemons
Be sure to squeeze the juices of the lemon and grapefruit in the blender and set aside. Grate the garlic and ginger and squeeze into the blended juice. Vegetable Super Juice
1 whole cucumber
4 sticks of celery
2-4 handfuls of spinach
8 lettuce leaves
Any other green vegetables

1/4 medium cucumber, peeled
1 stalk celery
1 apple, sliced
1/2 lemon, peeled (optional)
