Exercise during the Detoxification Process: To do or not to do

Physical exercise can benefit a person in many different ways.  It gives you stamina and strength so that you do not feel tired easily.  It gives you resistance from getting weak and sick quickly.  Medical professionals always recommend regular exercise to maintain the pinkness of health.  Regular exercise has a hidden benefit too that may have not been known to others.  It also detoxifies your body by converting toxic materials inside the body into sweat or perspiration.  Running, walking, swimming or any types of exercise helps eliminate waste build-up in the body.

What if you are undergoing a diet detoxification therapy, is it still allowed to do exercise?  There is no medical research that stops you from doing exercise while you are doing a diet detoxification.  In fact, to boost your internal cleansing measures, it is best to incorporate it with aerobic exercises.  Though there are a lot of methods that you can do to thoroughly cleanse your inner system, it is best accomplished with methods that includes sweating.  However, you have to do moderate exercises especially if your detoxification diet makes you feel weak.  It is true that rigid detoxification diet may give you dizziness, makes you feel weak and sometimes nausea.  This is a normal reaction and this only means that the therapy is working.

Aerobic exercises are brisk physical activities that promote the circulation of oxygen to the blood.  Aside from the colon in the digestive system, the lymphatic system plays an important in detoxification process.  It works similarly to the blood of which it brings nutrients to the cells and releases the wastes out of it.   Yet, unlike blood, it has no heart to keep it pumping and moving in the system, and so it relies on exercise to excrete the wastes in the form of sweating.

Walking

You may start your aerobic exercise with brisk walking.  It may not be the fastest way to burn those fats or lose calories but it sure allows us to exercise on a steady pace.  Other positive benefits that you get from walking are includes, higher percentage of calories burned, boosts energy levels, maintains blood pressure, socially you are to meet new friends, or have quality time with your partner and it is the most practical exercise as you do not need any forms of equipment.

Skipping Rope or Jump Rope

During the process of colon cleansing, your bowel becomes sluggish and often loses its shape and tone.  Skipping rope is an aerobic exercise that helps in strengthening your bowel.  Notice that when you are jumping, you unconsciously cramp your stomach and this movement tightens your internal organs especially the intestines.  It also strengthens the lower abdomen that is sometimes neglected when you do sit-ups.  This form of aerobic exercise also increases the heart rate and gets the blood pumping all throughout the body and gives immeasurable healthy effects to the human system.

You can do sit-up, leg raising, curl-ups and bicycle exercises are among the top choices in tightening and strengthening abdomen muscles.  By doing these exercises on a daily bases, you are also stimulating blood in your stomach thus aid in your goal to cleanse your internal organs from toxic wastes.
